Beyond her technical career, Witah is dedicated to empowering future generations. As the Founder of Her Blueprint Africa, a community initiative, she works to bridge the digital divide for underprivileged girls in Africa. Her organization provides opportunities for these girls to excel in STEM fields, fostering a more inclusive and diverse tech ecosystem.

Toan Nguyen Van is an environmental advocate and project manager with extensive experience in youth engagement and climate action. As the Head of the Technical Department at YNet Vietnam and the founder of the YouthStart Community, he has led numerous initiatives that empower young leaders to address environmental challenges.

His work involves strategic planning, project management, and fostering collaborations among youth, policymakers, and environmental experts. Inspired by his mentor and driven by a commitment to sustainability, Toan strives to create impactful projects that contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in climate action and sustainable communities.

Thomas Masiwo is a dedicated Environmental Technologist with a strong background in environmental sciences and technological applications. He holds a BSc. Degree in Meteorology from the University of Nairobi, Kenya, and an MSc. Degree in Environmental Science and Technology from UNESCO-IHE Delft Institute for Water Education. Proficient in conducting environmental assessments, implementing sustainable practices, and utilizing advanced tools to address environmental challenges, Thomas possesses a deep commitment to preserving and protecting the natural world through innovative solutions.

Thomas has participated in various projects, including collaborations with organizations such as Wetland Internationals and the Ministry of Environment, Kenya.
His work has focused on environmental impact assessments, wetland restorations, waste management, and stakeholder engagement. As the founder of Amua Self-Help Group, he has initiated a program to provide clean water and sanitation facilities to vulnerable children in public primary schools in Homabay County, Kenya.

Additionally, Thomas is currently leading a tree-planting program within all public schools in the region, with support from school heads and other well-wishers in the community.

Tamari Bilanishvili is a Labor Relations Specialist with a Master of Social Sciences in “European Integration and Labor Relations” from Georgian American University (GAU). She also participated in the Erasmus+ Program as an exchange student in “International Relations” at the University of Murcia in Spain. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Tourism.

Tamari has experience as a Youth Leader for the “EuroWeek” volunteering program in Poland, she is a UPG Champion & a UPG Sustainability Leader reflecting her commitment to sustainable development and leadership.
With nearly four years of extensive experience handling USAID-funded projects, Tamari has coordinated key stakeholder meetings, prepared detailed project proposals, and managed communications to ensure project success. Her professional work includes projects such as SDG 12: “Agriculture Waste Management” and SDG 4: “Agro Arts Clubs.” Her role with the European Fitness Academy Georgia demonstrates her dedication to promoting a healthy lifestyle, managing labor relations, and building partnerships with both local and international entities.

As the founder and Director of the NGO “Women for Equal Opportunities,” Tamari empowers women and girls by enhancing their mental health, economic well-being, and providing strategic support for their professional and personal development.
Tamari excels in diverse international settings, and her skills in project management, strategic planning, data analysis, and stakeholder communication make her a valuable leader committed to making a positive impact through education, health, and gender equality.

Sumit Ghosh is the Founding Director and Chief Mentor of the not-for-profit organization Sankalp Micro Association. With 33 years of professional experience in various Fortune 100 companies, he has held the role of Vice President and worked across India and abroad. Sumit holds an Honours Degree in Economics from Calcutta University and a Postgraduate Degree in Banking and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

At Sankalp, Sumit and his team focus on women’s empowerment, quality education, and environmental protection. His environmental project, “Hirava,” has been recognized and included in a white paper for policy recommendations to the G20 Summit. Sumit has also been invited to present a paper at the Civil2023 platform, the civil society platform of the G20, on the topic of “Technology, Security & Transparency.”

He has been featured and received awards in various categories, including the 2023 Tata Social Enterprise Challenge and the Glenmark Foundation Award for Nutrition. His research paper on women’s empowerment has been published in a book by NABARD. Sumit is a graduate in Green Digital Skills from INCO Academy, Paris, sponsored by Microsoft and LinkedIn, and is a core team member of the Climateaction.tech #EcoWeb project. Additionally, he is a certified mentor by GMI, USA, and City & Gold, UK, and regularly mentors graduate and postgraduate students across the globe.

Shova Khanal is a passionate tour guide from Nepal, a country nestled in the Himalayas, dedicated to promoting her nation’s rich cultural, natural, and historical heritage. With a master’s degree in tourism and journalism, Shova combines her deep knowledge of tourism and media to enhance visitor experiences and showcase Nepal’s unique offerings. She earned recognition as one of Nepal’s Top 7 Debaters in 2012 and has served as a council member with the United States Youth Council Nepal.

Shova’s commitment to youth engagement and sustainable development is evident through her involvement with various organizations. She is a rising star at Wedu, a women’s organization based in Thailand, and has participated in prestigious events such as the Asian Women Leadership Summit in Singapore (April 2018), the Asia World Model United Nations in Bangkok (February 2019), and the UNESCO Youth Leadership Workshop on GCED in South Korea (2019). Additionally, Shova holds roles as a Global Peace Ambassador with Global Peace Initiatives and a Youth Ambassador for the International Global Network.

Currently, Shova is leading the Green Neighborhoods Initiative, a community-driven project aimed at transforming local neighborhoods into environmentally sustainable hubs. Ruth Ede, a Green Agriculturist and Founder of Scratop Nigeria Limited (SNL), was awarded for promoting biowaste utilization and regenerative agriculture. Her startup converts bio-wastes into nutrient-rich bio-fertilizers for safe food crop production.

Ruth has won several awards, including the Innovate4Africa Catch Creativity Challenge (I4ACC) (2021), Nigeria’s Overall Winner and Global Runner-up at the Denmark 2022 Global Food Safety Challenge, Overall Winner of the Goshen Impact Fund (GIF) (2023), Anambra State Winner of SMEDAN Waste to Wealth (SW2W) (2023), 2024 Overall Winner of the AYuTe Africa Challenge (AYAC), amongst others.

Ruth is an alumnus of the Jim Leech MC Fellowship at Queen’s University, Canada (2023). As part of her corporate social responsibility and green campaign, she convenes the Scratop Summit and leads the Earlier the Greener Initiative to educate, empower, and engage young people in sustainability.

Ruth was the best graduating student and holds a distinction in Agricultural Extension and Management from the Federal College of Land Resources and Technology, Owerri, Imo State (2015).
