I am Abdulwahab Adam
Born on 10th September, 1993 in Borno state of Nigeria
Live in maiduguri, I developed a strong interest in relationship management, I began my career in bussines and marketing.
Throughout my journey I’ve gained a valuable experience in banking
My hobbies are travelling and driving.

My relevant strengths are creative, action-oriented, disciplined, problem solver, communication skills and I will like to encourage sustainable economic growth.

I was in bank 6 months back
I found my self in a situation were people misunderstood something about relationship management.
What i do their i use to enhance customers satisfaction and loyalty, develop strategic partnership, I did it just to make financial services easy and excesable to my people and customers. And I was chosen from the management of the bank to lead and train my colleagues how i manage to do things how it is, And also guide them in soo many thing’s wich they failed to understand.
I gained soo many experiences while I was their,
And thats what I want to do on UPG sustainable leader,
And if I was opportune to be part of UPG I’m sure that they wunt regret having somebody like me.

Secondary: I have completed secondary school

1. I would define my vision to my people, identify the specific sustainability issue i want to address
2. Develop a mission system clearly articulate my goals and objectives
3. Educate and engage them
4. Organise workshops and events, raised awareness about sustainability issues.

I want it to be this way because I want UPG to be number one and only in every aspect as it is and to make the world a better place.

I know I will have so many challenges in my local area before they will come and understand that UPG wants them to live a better life.
I would come to them in a language that they will understand and speak to them clearly so that I will also have the confidence to address them as well,
And I know they would like it and accept it by God grace.

Thank you for considering me UPG, I want to upfront about my language skills, while I’m proficient in other languages my English is not perfect but I’m still improving, but i may struggle with complex conversations. I’m excited about the opportunity to join UPG, however i may require additional support or clarification in complex discussions. Thank you
