The Criteria: You believe that the thing that you nominate is one of the most beautiful things that happened in 2019. That's it. Your nomination can be something small or something big. It can be something that was heavily covered in the media, it can be something that got little or no media coverage. It can be global, regional, national or very local. It depends on you.
