Priya Kothari is a dynamic advocate for social change and entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on empowering young people and women in India. As the co-founder of the Young Entrepreneurs Summit, Priya has established a vital platform that connects aspiring entrepreneurs with mentors, resources, and opportunities.
Her leadership extends to her role as CEO and Board Director of YouthAid Foundation (YAF), a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship education and development across the country.
Over the past six years, Priya has significantly impacted the lives of thousands, helping them realize their entrepreneurial aspirations and improve their livelihoods.
A graduate of the prestigious Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies, Priya holds an MBA in Marketing and Advertising. She is currently pursuing a fellowship in International Development in the USA, further enhancing her expertise in sustainability and development. As the youngest Executive Committee member of CYDA, Priya brings fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the entrepreneurship community.
With over 11 years of experience in entrepreneurship development and a decade in social entrepreneurship, Priya has made remarkable contributions to the field. She serves as the CEO of YouthAid Worldwide and Board Director, driving her mission to promote entrepreneurship both in India and internationally. Additionally, Priya is the Director of International Partnerships, where she cultivates global collaborations to advance entrepreneurial initiatives.
Priya’s commitment extends beyond her entrepreneurial endeavors. She is a UPG Champion, a UPG Sustainability leader, and a World Bank Youth Delegate. As a United Nations CSW member and gender specialist, Priya advocates for women’s economic empowerment through new trends and innovative approaches.
