Tamari Bilanishvili - UPG Champion

Tamari Bilanishvili is a Labor Relations Specialist with a Master of Social Sciences in “European Integration and Labor Relations” from Georgian American University (GAU). She also participated in the Erasmus+ Program as an exchange student in “International Relations” at the University of Murcia in Spain. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Tourism.

Tamari has experience as a Youth Leader for the “EuroWeek” volunteering program in Poland, she is a UPG Champion & a UPG Sustainability Leader reflecting her commitment to sustainable development and leadership.
With nearly four years of extensive experience handling USAID-funded projects, Tamari has coordinated key stakeholder meetings, prepared detailed project proposals, and managed communications to ensure project success. Her professional work includes projects such as SDG 12: “Agriculture Waste Management” and SDG 4: “Agro Arts Clubs.” Her role with the European Fitness Academy Georgia demonstrates her dedication to promoting a healthy lifestyle, managing labor relations, and building partnerships with both local and international entities.

As the founder and Director of the NGO “Women for Equal Opportunities,” Tamari empowers women and girls by enhancing their mental health, economic well-being, and providing strategic support for their professional and personal development.
Tamari excels in diverse international settings, and her skills in project management, strategic planning, data analysis, and stakeholder communication make her a valuable leader committed to making a positive impact through education, health, and gender equality.
