He gained a majority in the Electoral College, Lower House (House of Representatives), in the Upper House (Congress), he clinched the popular vote: such a complete victory has rarely ever been achieved. The magnitude of his accomplishment cannot be denied.

But there are fears that the plutocratic oligarchy often talked about is now here. There are fears that President Trump will begin the return to ‘monarchy’.

What is happening in the USA? And what is its relevance for the rest of the world? Why is there extreme jubilation and extreme desolation?
