You are invited because of your expertise and impact in this field. UPG2019 Expert Consultations bring together practitioners, insiders, investors, beneficiaries and people who are knowledgeable about a thematic area. Our goal is to consider these questions:

1. Where should Lagos set its ambition?
2. And what can different stakeholders do to get us there?
3. What specific sessions must be in the prorgramme in October 2019, during the Towards A Greater Lagos event and what stakeholders need to be present as speakers and other participants?

The comments, ideas, and recommendations influence the design of the programme in October. Participants in official Expert Consultations also have the opportunity to be selected for additional activities on the journey to UPG2019.
