1 - A small step: It would be good, however it would be a small step. I may or may not put the growth on my CV or on my LinkedIn profile

2 - Incremental: I would grow and I would be happy to put the growth on my CV or on my LinkedIn profile

3 - Significant: It would be a significant step forward for me and it would mean achieving something that I did not expect to achieve in 6 MONTHS.
