4 - Agree - Determined to be a Sustainability Leader. Answers are mostly convincing.

3 - Neutral - They are keen to be selected, but they do not appear motivated enough todemonstrate basic knowledge of UPG pillars.

2 - Disagree - Motivation statement is not convincing. Knowledge of UPG's pillars is notconvincing or absent.
