The final year of high school feels like a crossroads. While my peers are consumed by college applications, I’m focused on a different path: becoming an economist. My passion for understanding the intricate workings of the global economy was ignited by my strong math skills and a fascination with how financial decisions shape our world. My recent IELTS score, particularly the impressive 7.0 in listening, reflects my dedication to communication and absorbing information.

My journey has been punctuated by a love for tackling complex problems, particularly in the realm of data analysis. My heart aches for homeless pets, their innocent eyes reflecting a longing for love and a safe haven. If I could lead a sustainability-related project, it would be a community-driven initiative to address pet homelessness. We’d partner with local shelters, organizing adoption events, promoting responsible pet ownership through education, and advocating for spay and neuter programs.

This project would be about more than just finding homes for pets. It’s about fostering a sense of community responsibility, breaking the cycle of unwanted litters, and ultimately creating a more humane and compassionate society for all creatures.

One of the biggest challenges in caring for homeless pets is ensuring they receive high-quality, nutritious food. Finding a sustainable source of food for a large number of animals can be difficult, especially given limited resources and budget constraints.

To overcome this, I’d implement a multi-pronged approach: partnering with local pet food banks, launching community food drives, and advocating for corporate sponsorships from pet food companies. We’d also focus on educating the public about the nutritional needs of different animals and encouraging donations of high-quality kibble and canned food. By fostering collaboration and community engagement, we can ensure that our furry friends receive the sustenance they deserve.

As a high school student in my final year, I have always been passionate about learning and helping others. With a strong foundation in mathematics, my mother tongue, and drawing, I have been able to excel in various fields. My leadership skills have been evident through my active participation in school teams, where I have consistently taken on leadership roles. Over the past six months, I have had the opportunity to teach young students aged 9 to 15 English, which has further honed my communication and teaching skills. Academically, I have always been strong in math and computers, and I am eager to continue my pursuit of knowledge in these fields. My goal is to become an economist, and to achieve this, I have decided to study at Texas University, which I believe is the best option for me to gain the knowledge and skills needed for my future career.
