Yes! That is really who you are!

Peace upon who reads this , My name is Zakaria. I am 19 years old. I study at the university. I am very active in society, social activities, and awareness campaigns, especially volunteer campaigns, such as planting trees, cleaning roads, and breakfast for passers-by. I have a leadership spirit and a special style. He is very kind and gentle with members of society. He makes me convince anyone to adopt a new positive habit in his life, and this is what helps change society into… The best

One of the most powerful strengths that any sustainable leader should have, which I possess, is not caring about the opinion of others at the beginning of your project, but rather completing the project (voluntary or awareness project), and relying on the community’s opinion when seeing the final result, and not At the beginning of the project or during the project

I live in a small, but very beautiful, rural village, and there was a road connecting my village to another village, but this road was a little messy and full of ugly weeds and thorns, so I decided to gather a group of volunteers and clean this road, when we started working. Not half an hour passed without a car stopping and its owner saying, “You are spoiling the road. Leave it as it is. It is better.” Some of my team used to say, “I think.” They are right, but I did not give the order to stop and we completed the work, when we completed the work We saw the result from a far away place. We discovered that we had done a magical job, and the road looked wonderful without weeds and thorns. And those who were criticizing our work said that we had done a wonderful job, and that they were wrong. I learned from this experience that the opinion must be based on the result. The final outcome, not during work, and we must not care about the opinion of others while working

Peace upon who reads this , One of the volunteer works that I felt most changed me and taught me many things was my volunteering with the “Algeria Al-Khair” Association, the Iftar for Passers-by. It was a big movement, funded by citizens and even official bodies. I was in charge of a team, and our work was Insisting on stopping truck and bus drivers who travel long distances, and that they eat free breakfast with us, but this task was a little difficult and required a smart and tactful leader. In speech, Because skirmishes always occur between members of my team and truck drivers. They get angry and do not refuse to stop. This experience taught me, first, how to calm angry people and reconcile the members of my team. Second, it taught me the art of persuasion. Some drivers refuse to stop, but I always insist and remain persistent. He skillfully insisted, and convinced the driver to stop, eat the free breakfast, and continue on his way. It was a wonderful experience. It changed me a lot and I gained speaking and public speaking skills.

Undergraduate: I have completed an undergraduate degree

I am planning to launch a plastic recycling project in my community. The project will focus on providing practical solutions to get rid of plastic waste, such as providing recycling bins in residential areas and organizing awareness workshops on the impact of plastic on the environment. The goal of this project is to reduce the amount of plastic that reaches landfills, and to encourage families and institutions to adopt sustainable habits that contribute to protecting the environment for future generations.

One of the biggest challenges I expect to face is convincing people to adopt new habits such as waste segregation and recycling. To overcome this, but I am sure that I will overcome these difficulties by working to organize innovative and targeted awareness campaigns that demonstrate the economic and environmental benefits of recycling. I will also use social media to build sustainable awareness and engage local influencers to support the project and spread a culture of positive change.
