Willingness to Learn: It was my first time being a Financial Advisor in the Sales Team. I always heard that Sales are hard and very competitive. I learnt as much as I can and was so eager to learn and I gave my all to my work. 2 years now I’m still in the same field and I’m loving it.

I was a volunteer / mentor at a school. I was helping students with their projects and teaching them about how to succeed as a young person in our country.

If I were to lead a sustainability-related project in my community, I would initiate a Community Waste Reduction and Recycling Program.
This project would focus on educating residents about waste management, promoting recycling, reducing plastic use, and encouraging composting of organic waste.
Why this project?
1. Addressing a Local Need:Waste management is a significant challenge in many communities, leading to pollution, landfill overflow, and environmental degradation. By addressing waste reduction, we can tackle a pressing local issue that impacts health, cleanliness, and sustainability.
2. Raising Awareness and Building Habits:
The project would educate the community about the importance of waste reduction and recycling through workshops, social media campaigns, and community events. By raising awareness, we empower residents to make more sustainable choices and build long-term habits that benefit the environment.
3. Promoting Circular Economy:
Encouraging recycling and composting supports a circular economy, where materials are reused rather than discarded. This reduces the demand for new resources, lowers greenhouse gas emissions, and decreases waste sent to landfills.

The community may not be committed or be interested because of not having the same vision or be passionate.
Others will not be team players or be willing to work as a team
