Yes! That is really who you are!

I am a Moroccan young man, born in 1997, living in Casablanca. I hold a baccalaureate degree and a specialized technical diploma in business management, and I have a driver’s license for cars (category B) and trucks (category C). I am fluent in three languages: Arabic, English, and French. I have multiple hobbies, including photography and hairdressing, and I am also a professional photographer. I am looking for volunteering opportunities in Europe, particularly in the field of driving and participating in activities that contribute to community service and skill development.

My strengths that make me capable of being a leader in sustainability include: 1. **Multilingualism**: Ability to communicate with a diverse audience. 2. **Education and experience in business management**: Effective understanding of sustainable strategies. 3. **Photography experience**: Highlighting sustainability issues. 4. **Personal passion for the environment**: Motivation to drive positive change. 5. **Leadership and guidance skills**: Directing others toward sustainable practices. 6. **Experience working with communities**: Enhancing collaboration on sustainability projects. 7. **Analytical thinking**: Improving environmental strategies through data evaluation.

**Photography experience**: I used this strength to highlight sustainability issues through a special photography project. I organized a photo exhibition focused on the environmental impacts of pollution and waste, aiming to raise awareness about the importance of environmental conservation. Through the images I captured, I succeeded in drawing attention and sparking discussions on ways to protect the environment, which helped enhance community engagement in environmental initiatives.

Yes, I have experience in volunteering. During the Ghardaia earthquake last year, I volunteered with a team to assist those affected. I played a significant role in driving the vehicle loaded with supplies, transporting aid to the affected areas. I also took photos to document the situation and provide visual reports on the relief efforts. From this experience, I learned the importance of collaboration and dedication in helping others, and found that photography can be an effective tool in highlighting crises and raising awareness.

Vocational: I have completed vocational / skills based training

If I were to lead a sustainability project in my community, I would launch a project titled **”Recycling and Environmental Awareness”**. The project would aim to promote a recycling culture among residents by organizing educational workshops on the importance of recycling and how to properly sort waste. The project would also involve setting up designated collection points for recyclable waste and providing bins in strategic locations.

**The environmental goal of the project** is to reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills, thereby helping to minimize pollution and promote environmental sustainability. Additionally, the project would help conserve natural resources by encouraging the reuse and recycling of materials and enhance environmental awareness in the community, leading to more sustainable behaviors among individuals.

Challenges I may face while implementing the **”Recycling and Environmental Awareness”** project include:

1. **Lack of community awareness and engagement**:
– **Solution**: Enhance awareness campaigns and organize events to attract attention and educate people.

2. **Lack of resources and funding**:
– **Solution**: Seek local partners, request support from NGOs, and apply for environmental grants.

3. **Issues with waste collection and sorting**:
– **Solution**: Coordinate with waste management companies and provide community training on proper waste separation.
