I am an undergraduate with a bachelors degree in Social Work ,a leader ,mentor and a coach .I am greatly interested in leadership because it gives me a chance to impact and influence others to become aware of their capacity and abilities,which shapes them to be change makers.

Teamwork .One year ago I was the chairperson of a leadership program back in Campus ,We had a problem in mobilization and sustainability of members.I brought other leaders on board,sensitized them about their roles and responsibilities,we agreed to work together and we finally achieved our goal.
