Growing up in a low-income family, I remember my father used to say “Who is not courageous enough to take risks will accomplish nothing in life”. Not having sufficient funds for my education, I struggled much to get books, however motivation given by my father helped me to realize that it can be hard as every successful people have encountered, but with strong determination and hard work ,I can make my dreams come true. Even, former president of the United States Barack Obama in his book called “A promised land” once said: ”The men in the painting, the groundskeepers in the garden –they were guardians, I thought, the quiet priests of a good and solemn order. And I would tell myself that I needed to work as hard and take as much care in my job as they did in theirs”.
Once, my father took me to a place where was full of homeless people, who were addicted to drugs. When i saw them, i promised myself i will make the world better place for everyone, where there would not be racism, discrimination and people struggling to live. From that time on I started to work hard with discipline and dedication in pursuing goals. A desire to learn and explore new ideas, fostering innovation and personal growth never set me back. I gain peoplelike me at school, who have the same goals and created a debate club called “Political preferences”. In the club, we discuss different ideas and by analyzing them to solve local problems and make informed decisions. Setting clear goal, achievable and developing a plan to reach them is our first priority. From this club, I gained a lot of experience but among them all, understanding and managing emotions was a life-time skill. I am an active member of one of the political parties called Adolat -a party where young people are involved widely in the process of building a legal democratic state and a strong civil society in Uzbekistan. I am studying at Harvard University and Open learn University’s.
I consider it a very rich experience to get the opportunity to meet students who have the same ambitions like me, who wants to achieve everything, make parents proud and make people believe girls can also be good leaders at the same level as boys

Critical and analytical thinking, leadership, being good communicate and listener, I am aware of every aspect of the life and a little information on every subject so that if I encounter any difficulties, I can make a right choice.

The strength that i choose is “belief”. And here is the story, Once I came encountered with my uncle, we had an argument on girl’s education. He insisted that he would not let his daughter to study at university. I gave various reasons to not to do so. He insisted. Then, having witnessed my academic achievement and along with managing housework, he rethought about the girl’s education. Now, for his children, I am role model, every time, when I visit him, he asks about my education, whether I have problems or not. I was happy to change someone’s mind on a positive side.I was motivated, If I made my uncle to believe that girl’s education plays a pivotal role in the society, I can do make an alteration in other’s point og view in the future

Yes, I was a volunteer. From November 1 to November 8, there were two competitions held in Tashkent. First one was 9th International Martial Arts Games and Taekwon-do World Championship which participated around 2000people from over 30 countries. I am a tranlater between judges. Simultaneously, I spoke with them in 5 different languages which made me a really essential member of organization team. While talking with various masters and grand master, I was thrilled to gain much reputation and respect from them. As they were talking about my hardworking and how responsible I was. I have helped to guide them and made it clear when any misunderstandings occurred.
One of the Indian master Qurrath was one of the first people I met. She was kind and I gave a lot of information about my country.
As a host representative of Uzbekistan I tried to make our country more comfortable, which they were impressed. They were very grateful.

Political preferences
Every time I see homeless people staring at me bagging to give money, I feel bad for them. In my community, there are those who always encounter difficulties financially and mentally. After witnessing those people’s lives, I can not stand and organize my club at school, which we debate, discuss as well as give alternative solutions for people in need 5 years ago. During years, we managed to gain awareness of the city major and cut down about 25% of homeless people. All hard work paid off as seeing so many fewer people in the streets made me feel proud. In December last year, the city major praised me for taking care of citizens, and it gave me so much motivation that I promised I would pursue my intentions and bring it to an international level. Nowadays, my team and I are planning to set up a website where we will post our plans and projects so that everybody around the world has a willingness to participate and make a contribution to make Earth more comfortable and peaceful place to live in. I am planning to make a project like that to help people in Uzbekistan not only for Angren, but the whole country.

Here are some challenges that I expect to face: talking with government to give me subsidy. I have no other challenge as I have a professional programmer to set up my project and important contacts to talk with.
