Yes! That is really who you are!
I am a 29 year old African woman who is both a social entrepreneur and an activist for change in my community. My journey began in 2018 after completing my undergraduate degree I suddenly realized that I needed to be the change I want to see in my community and the world. Coming from the rural/informal parts of South Africa has made me more driven to drive sustainability in my community through education, entrepreneurship, job creation ,poverty alleviation and gender equality. I started educating young people in my community about
social entrepreneurship, upskilling them, giving them free business compliance certification to kick start their business journeys. I further run my businesses in which I have employed young women and disabled people in order to bridge the gap of poverty in my community & country.I continue to collaborate with other Non government organizations that are focusing on child development work and other social ills in my country
I am a visionary, a hard worker, a great problem solver, action orientated, have good communication skills, great leadership skills
Being A Visionary: I have often turned my ideas or dreams into reality by carefully putting them down in writing, breaking them down into short term goals, medium to long. Focusing on working on my vision everyday, through reading and seeking professional advise from experienced people and eventually putting my worth out there to test my hypothesis. This I have achieved through my entrepreneurial journey.
I have volunteered in a none government organization back in 2018 where I use to go to the Fort England Psychiatric Hospital, where I used to visit patients there and bring them more quality of life through playing fans with them, interacting with them, and counselling them
Undergraduate: I have completed an undergraduate degree

I’d head agriculture through food security. Get the youth and community to focus & learn more about ways to grow their own food and combine that with entrepreneurship so they can live of selling their produce. This I can easily implement through my existing social entrepreneurship movement and businesses, plus collaboration with traditional leaders and community leaders to get the land for providing practical education and samples
I would face challenges of access to land and I would overcome through producing a written proposal to our community leader and municipal manager. Get them to see the vision and how it can positively impact our people
