I would lead a community-based waste management and recycling initiative, promoting sustainable waste practices. It would reduce environmental impact, create local jobs, and raise awareness about responsible consumption within the community.

Challenges may include lack of awareness, limited resources, and community resistance. To overcome these, I would conduct educational campaigns, seek partnerships for funding, and engage local leaders to gain support and participation.
