leadership energy , many time i used this strength to lead my team member , specifically preparing a report which assigned by university teacher with a specific short dateline, often i use leadership strength to complete the task effectively and successfull.

As a volunteer with the Anti-Discrimination Students Movement in Bangladesh, I had several rewarding experiences that reinforced my commitment to promoting equality and social justice.

Graduate: I have completed a graduate degree (e.g. I have a Masters degree or PhD)

If I were to lead a sustainability-related project, it would focus on establishing a community-wide “Zero Waste Initiative.” This project would aim to significantly reduce waste generation, promote recycling, and encourage composting practices. Why this project?

Environmental Impact: Reducing waste helps minimize landfill usage, lowers greenhouse gas emissions, and conserves natural resources. A zero waste approach encourages a circular economy, where materials are reused and recycled.
Community Engagement: This initiative would involve workshops and educational campaigns to raise awareness about waste reduction techniques, such as upcycling and mindful consumption. Engaging the community fosters a sense of shared responsibility and empowerment.
Collaboration Opportunities: The project would provide opportunities to partner with local businesses, schools, and organizations to create a cohesive strategy for waste reduction. This collaboration can amplify the initiative’s impact and foster community ties.

Leading a sustainability-related project, such as a “Zero Waste Initiative,” would likely present several challenges:

Challenges:
Community Resistance: Some community members may be resistant to changing their habits or may not see the importance of reducing waste.
Funding and Resources: Securing adequate funding and resources for workshops, materials, and infrastructure can be difficult, especially in a community with limited budgets.
Coordination Among Stakeholders: Engaging various stakeholders—local businesses, schools, and government—can be challenging, particularly in aligning goals and expectations.
Education and Awareness: Ensuring that the community understands the principles of zero waste and how to implement them effectively may require extensive educational efforts.
