My journey began when I was a student, and I noticed that there is a lack in my community where recent students and fresh graduates can’t find a good opportunity at our market, and if they did, unfortunately they were not skilled enough as there was a lack of experience. Besides that, I found multiple females; mothers cannot find good jobs or income as they are caring about their children and families, so I thought about building a community/platform to connect young people and Egyptian moms with part-time jobs to solve these two problems, help the students gain experience during their education time, so they can find a quick vacancies after graduation and be equipped with the market needs. and help mom get income while caring about their families. and help the companies find a part time at the same time. So I built the website, joined one of the most incubator & accelerator at Egypt and then I helped multiple students, my mother and also started recently to help the new generation with seeing and learning about career tips and exchanging my experience.
So, in addition to the first part mentioned above, I am an entrepreneur and startup addict, having helped multinational startups and local startups start their business ideas from scratch and build their operations and helped them serve thousands of customers in Spain, UK, Sweden, India, UAE, KSA, and Egypt. And now I’m working at one of the most famous companies in the Arab world where we educate the Arab people and learn them different business domains, and we are at Almentor, the first company in the region, to provide visual content and courses with Arabic language. In addition, I am an active leader at Egypt Ecosystem, where I help the new generation, the new entrepreneurs, on how to build their businesses through consultation and training and teach them how to become useful and active members at thier community.

As a project manager at Almentor, I successfully led a significant initiative aimed at enhancing our content delivery process by utilising my leadership abilities, which are one of my main assets.
Situation: At Almentor, mismatched team workflows were causing delays in content delivery, which had an effect on project timeframes and, eventually, customer satisfaction. I suggested and oversaw a project to optimize our content distribution procedure after realizing that it needed to be improved.
Task: In order to get senior management’s support, I had to build a solution that engaged several teams, including editors, content creators, and quality assurance. Within six months, I wanted to cut project completion times by 20%.
Action: In order to accomplish this, I first arranged workshops with every team to determine their problems and collect ideas. I created a new, more efficient workflow that eliminated duplications and defined responsibilities based on their suggestions. I then established a feedback loop to handle problems as they emerged, led frequent update sessions, and provided milestones to keep the teams motivated. I made sure that each team felt engaged and dedicated to the project’s success by maintaining open lines of communication and promoting teamwork.
Result: We exceeded our original target and reduced the content delivery time by 25% under my direction. In addition to increasing efficiency, this streamlined procedure raised client satisfaction and team morale.

Indeed, I worked as a volunteer for the Alexandria Bibliotheca to encourage sustainability in our neighbourhood. I worked with locals to teach them about the best ways to lessen their environmental effect by organizing a series of workshops centred on recycling and waste reduction. What I Did: In order to keep the attendees interested, I organized talks, created educational resources, and led conversations. In addition to educating them about the value of recycling, I hoped to motivate them to make practical adjustments in their everyday lives. What I Learnt: I learnt the value of effective communication and community involvement from this experience. I discovered how to adapt my messaging to various audiences, making difficult sustainability ideas understandable and approachable.

Graduate: I have completed a graduate degree (e.g. I have a Masters degree or PhD)

‘Green Office Initiative’ is what I would start in order to lessen our environmental impact and encourage sustainable behaviours among staff members.
Why This Project? In my role as project manager at Almentor, I have witnessed how organizations can effect major change with seemingly insignificant daily acts. Three main areas would be the emphasis of this initiative: employee involvement, energy efficiency, and waste reduction.
|
1- Opposition to Change
Challenge: Workers could not recognize the benefits of implementing new sustainable practices or may be reluctant to change their behaviours.
Solution: I would concentrate on raising awareness and emphasising the advantages of sustainability in order to get past this. Sharing success stories and holding interactive workshops can aid in showcasing the initiative’s beneficial effects. Employee participation in the planning process can also promote buy-in and a sense of ownership.
2- Limited Resources Challenge: In order to carry out the projects successfully, there may be financial or material limitations.
Solution: I would look for low-cost options like enlisting the help of nearby companies for sponsorship or collaborating with sustainability groups that could offer resources or knowledge. Additionally, giving priority to low-cost initiatives that initially need little expenditure can assist.
3-Lack of Engagement Challenge: It may be challenging to keep staff interested and involved throughout the project, particularly if they feel overtaken by the changes.
Solution: I would introduce frequent updates and acknowledge minor victories to maintain the enthusiasm. Creating a system of awards, such naming “Green Champions” inside the company, can encourage ongoing involvement and a sense of competition.
4-Measuring Impact Challenge: It can be challenging to quantify the initiative’s outcomes, which makes evaluating its efficacy challenging.
Solution: To monitor progress, I would put up explicit measures and KPIs early on, such as the amount of waste recycled, energy saved, or employee engagement rates. Surveys conducted both before and after the program can yield important information about behavioural shifts and the overall effect on the organizations
