experience where I used *collaboration and teamwork* was during a project to introduce waste recycling in my community. The goal was to establish a system where households could separate their waste, contributing to environmental protection and reducing landfill waste.

At first, the idea met some resistance because people were unfamiliar with the concept of recycling and there was no infrastructure in place.
