who am I:
Zainab abulfazil
Ambition and the desire to make a difference and to learn are elements that I have constantly tried to carry with me along my life path, and the study of women and rights, with a vision of justice and rights for all beings humans, has made this journey even richer for me. Growing up in an environment with knowledge of various social levels and a deep understanding of the difficulties of Afghan society, especially women, since childhood, supported my peaceful and just struggle. I consider education as a means for change, and this is why I achieved a doctorate in Gender Studies. My ambition has never tolerated gender limitations, so I have striven for the growth of myself and other women, and through participation in educational environments and higher education, I have achieved this goal. The challenges along the way have become easier thanks to my education and my spirit of perseverance, and the good professional connections I have made in my career path have been influential in my progress. Now, I am still eager to learn more and what I have learned I will share with enthusiasm, commitment and respect.
My education is law and I studied doctorate in women’s law
I was mostly active in higher education centers and universities, and I have also had experience working with organizations, and now I am studying my second master’s degree in the department of management and organizations.

Every person has strengths and weaknesses. I found things in myself that even my friends remind me of. I work tirelessly and enthusiastically for a specific goal. The limitations of my path cannot stop me from growing. I can get along well and work in groups I accept logical reasons and ideas I consider it necessary to focus on executive levels

In a successful work, one point is definitely not effective, a set of morals is effective.
I worked in a university for a long time and because of my performance, the university offered me higher positions for a while, and of course they liked team work for success.
And I still had a streak of success, for example, a focused bachelor’s-doctorate course
And I did administrative activities from the bottom up to the presidency.

I like to use my free time in a good way.
When I immigrated and Afghan girls lost their right to education, it was difficult for me. For more than a few months, I led the online university for thousands of girls, and all my work was voluntary, and I still considered it my responsibility to teach law for those girls.

Income generation training for women from a distance
The girls will be involved in this problem now and definitely with the current conditions for several years to come, even if the laws change, the practical environment will take time to change completely. Therefore, from now on, we have to provide the basis for their economic growth and self-sufficiency, and these factors have a direct effect that they will learn economic lessons and receive their living expenses. Another option is that it has a lot of indirect effect. Using technology…
