Am name is Zaidan Huss – Cole, just ended my BSc degree in mathematics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Iam very hard working, self motivated and always want to try new things and bring innovation among my peers. I always value reach diverse cultures from different background all over the world. To excel as a UPG Sustainable leader, one must possess effective communication skills, be a critical thinker, and empathy while fostering inclusivity and diversity in their initiatives. Again with leadership mindset, you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of the people in the community.

Effective communication skills, i was the captain of our youth football team, Organiser of football team at the university hostel when i was persuing my BSc. degree at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. And as a team captain, i am privileged to be helping our team coach in player selection.

Yes, when was a student at the university as a member of muslim student union we do what we called annual outreach program, where we go on visit from community to community, interact ing with youth on the need learn facts of life, the need work hard to achieve a career goal. we advice them on moral and the realities of life. We empathise with the youth talking to them on the dangers associated with drug abuse, gambling and alcoholism. By way of experience, we always meet brilliant but needy youths who wants little exposer and effective mentorship to excel.

Undergraduate: I have completed an undergraduate degree

Championing drug abuse menace, which is now killing our youth, depriving them from our community engagement. There are a lot of youth who now engage in all sort of social vices because of alcohol abuse, and once we are their peer we are very closer to some of the youth and are ready to hear from us. These youth who are drug addict turn to dis-stabilised the peace community and the country as a whole enjoys.

For challenges we can not run away from them, once we go training from UPG Sustainable leadership and we come back to our communities, we need get motorcycle to move to the communities where these addicts are, you disguise like you are one of them and get some small resource ie funds to be with them and trust me we can make impact.
