The strength that I chose is “influence and persuasion”. And Here is the story: In 2022, when I was a student at the Higher Institute of Health, in the first days of the start of the school year, some students showed their annoyance with the study materials, the method of studying them, and their style, as all the study materials were in a language completely different from the students’ mother tongue, as the study materials were in English, and the mother tongue of all those present was Arabic, as they were in the school stage, the official language was Arabic, but when they moved to the higher education stage, they were surprised that the official language of study was English, as some tried to withdraw from studying at the institute, and others showed their suffering due to the difference in language, where here I am, thanks to my possession of the power of influence and persuasion, I was able to convince all the students that the best option is to move forward and continue studying in the department, as on the first day of study, when I noticed others’ frustration due to the linguistic challenge, I asked the Institute’s Deanship Council and the Department’s Administration Office to allocate the second day of the institute’s work to allocate a general session to discuss the challenges of the English language in cooperation with experts in the field of English language studies in order to find solutions to the challenges Language in the field of study After the end of the school day, I conducted a online interactive session entitled (English as an official language of study: challenges and solutions) on the Google Classroom program, where I presented this session alone without any help or support from any other party for my fellow students in the same department and institute. My power of influence and persuasion had a great role in convincing the students, encouraging them, and giving them enthusiasm, motivation, and hope to continue studying the field they loved, and the percentage of cases of decline was zero percent that year.

*I volunteered with Nabd Training Center to spread an initiative called (Be Human and Save a Life) and this work was a real achievement for me as this initiative aimed to save the largest possible number of lives and provide more medical support and health care. Through this activity, I acquired multiple scientific and practical skills in addition to the fact that this activity inspired me with more useful experiences. In addition, this activity inspired me with more learning and knowledge. Through participating in this activity, I acquired more leadership qualities and creative ideas as I created a channel to teach first aid for the first time. I participated in this volunteer activity by educating people in different parts of the Arab world about health maintenance guidelines by publishing awareness posts on social media and I prepared some of the necessary resources to publish the latest scientific developments issued for the purpose of benefit, guidance, advice and awareness.
*My voluntary activity with Amnesty International and Greenpeace, where my main task was to sign petitions published by the two organizations on their social media accounts. This activity means for me developing my ideas on human rights issues, developing my experiences in popular issues, and developing my intellectual abilities in addition to my participation as an active member of society. In addition, this activity gives me knowledge of the latest developments in society. I have participated in this activity since 11/8/2022 until now.
*My voluntary activity with the Iraqi Ministry of Health in the Emergency Department, where I volunteered for two consecutive months as a volunteer technical nurse alongside the specialized health staff in order to treat patients and the injured. This activity provided me with great benefits, as it was my first experience in the field of practical nursing, as this experience helped me practice my specialty for the first time before I graduated and became a nurse. This experience made a big difference between me and the rest of my colleagues in terms of (practical nursing experience) in the same department of the same academic stage, as this experience increased my initial experience in work.
*My voluntary activity for a year was training nursing department students inside hospitals, where I contributed to guiding them in practical nursing before they graduated from the nursing departments. This activity helped me gain experience in coaching.

Undergraduate: I have completed an undergraduate degree

I am seeking to establish an organization concerned with sustainability, as I am currently working on establishing a channel concerned with sustainable development, which will be the seed for launching the project that will be expanded into a local organization concerned with sustainability consisting of 5 main sections:
Section 1: Planning and Development: Where work plans related to the projects implemented by the organization will be taken, and supervisors in this section will work side by side with local experts from the Iraqi Ministry of Planning and the High Commission for Planning and Development.
Section 2: Coordination and Participation: Where work will be coordinated in this section and the plans taken will be consistent with the available services and the availability of permits and approvals to take measures from the local authority will be ensured, and work and procedures will be coordinated with the Iraqi Participatory Services Council, the Iraqi Council of Representatives and the Iraqi Decision-Making Authority.
Section 3: Implementation and Work: Where the plans taken will be implemented and executed on the ground while ensuring accurate work that is fully consistent with what was previously proposed in the plans, and work will be implemented and procedures will be taken in cooperation with Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the local implementation authority.
Section 4: Financing and Capacity Building: Projects will be financed, supported, and the necessary capabilities will be provided when building projects, as well as building the necessary capabilities and energies to complete the projects. The work will be shared with Ministry of Finance and the Local Services Office.
Section 5: Awareness and Education: A network of awareness experts will be established to raise awareness of sustainable development and ensure that the culture of sustainable development reaches the largest possible number of individuals in the local community and that more people join the sustainable development community. Coordination and cooperation in this section will be carried out with Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Culture, the Communications and Media Commission, and Ministry of Youth and Sports.
The project will then be developed into an international organization and a global community, where cooperation will be carried out with international and global organizations.

Here are some challenges that I expect to face:
1) Lack of funding to continue implementing the project.
2) Lack of expertise to draw up plans to build and implement the project.
3) Lack of awareness and interest of people and others about the importance of the project.
4) Difficulty in obtaining the necessary approvals and licenses from local authorities to establish the project on the ground (because sustainability projects are very few and rare and are not of importance compared to other projects that are concerned with other interests by local authorities in my country).
5) Years after establishing the project, we may face obstacles or challenges in keeping up with the latest global developments in sustainable.

here is how I expect to overcome the challenges:
1) Obtaining financial support from external parties.
2) Obtaining advice from parties specialized in planning and innovation.
3) It requires holding public seminars in specific areas to raise awareness of the importance of sustainability, as well as creating promotional advertisements on promotional networks and channels.
4) It requires the influence of influential parties on decision-making authorities in local government.
5) Cooperation and participation in international organizations in the field of sustainability and coordination of work with major global communities in sustainable.
From my experience and expertise, I believe that there may be more challenges than what I mentioned above, depending on several factors and circumstances that cannot be estimated at the present time, but I am completely confident that appropriate solutions can be found for all challenges through the strength of determination and persistence, taking the initiative, adopting leadership ideas, and benefiting from the experiences and expertise of others.
