I,m Ayman Abdelaziz Mahdi I from sudan Darfur region south Darfur state otash camp center 14 l,m one of a humble family in that comp. So I have three brothers and three sisters my mom is a life but my Dad is died in 2007 so since that time my sisters and my brothers left school because of our home situation beside finance they worked hard in order to able to complete my education l,m of students of Gezira University right now l,m graduated but I need to complete my education in U.S.A if I have been accepted that will help my family

I have many strengths first of all fixup conflicts between people, l have ability for leading community , creative, medialy , and like collective work

I,m a leader why because of my experience that have been using until now
Since 2017 before to join University I was leader of tige eara association for 4 years I came president for four times through democratic elections
After that I come president of otash camp center 14 union in 2020 so at that time we did about different things for a society or community first of all we teached them how to be like one hand secondly we made a forum for discussion different issues which we lost like connections with other, sharing ideas and collective work etc

I have Experiences beside international organizations management because I studied and I have experience beside truma consulting then my abilities that which let me able for fixing problems and avoid Posion which intrepid in said you.
So I was volunteer in my comp because I was training people how to deal with different trips of diversity, how to be a good leader in many days, how to fix conflicts among of community

Graduate: I have completed a graduate degree (e.g. I have a Masters degree or PhD)

I will do my duty and above because human values doesn’t needs versus I will do with all my power
I will use all my abilities in order to achieve my goals

challenges that which I guess to fight is awareness side because my community suffers beside awareness so I see this abig challenge I,m expecting so but isn’t unpasible to done so that will give me a chance in order to able using different ways for dealing
I earned some things from my community they valued a person that has a lot of money , my society focus beside finances more than any things else because this is only thing they missed in their life so if I found resources of many I will provide them and I will support them
